It has been a while since I have had a “granny-brag”, so I think I am due one. My little grandchildren are going to Bible School, and it brought back many happy days that I spent as well when I was a little girl going to Bible School.

We made macaroni necklaces, read Bible stories, sang songs, and had Kool-Aid and cookies. We had great fun, and I am so happy to see my grandchildren having fun at Bible School too. Although things have changed some since then. Now instead of Kool-Aid and cookies, they are served a whole meal!

My daughter was telling me that the girls teaching my little granddaughter were talking about how smart she was. They said they were writing all of the children’s names on their “stuff” and my little granddaughter looked at them with impatience and grabbed the pen and started writing her own name on her things and declared with all of her four year old wisdom, “Well, I can do that!” And when they were gathering up the other children to meet back at the “meeting table”, my little granddaughter was already sitting there with her hands folded and her little legs dangling; just waiting for the rest of them. They were surprised at her intelligence, but if you are a reader of this web-site, I’m sure you are not surprised, because I have written about her before. You see, I figured out a long time ago how smart she is.

My little grandson did something recently that was equally as funny, but I’m afraid it is not printable…Sorry!

I have five wonderful little grandchildren that are all beautiful and intelligent and funny. And any grandmother will tell you the same about hers.
